I had no idea the amount of chemicals and cleaners we were using on our carpets until Marcel started extracting them. The amount of residue extracted was enormous. Marcel worked his tail off to get every bit out. Marcel was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and skilled. He's a great asset to your company. The carpets throughout the house look the best they have in years. There are no odors nor any phony fragrances. The whole house looks and smells fresh. We will definitely use Zerorez again!

The fact that you narrow down your service windows from 24 hours to 2 hours to eventually a call ahead when the tech is en route is excellent. They always do good work.
I keep thinking I have to replace my carpet, then I call Zerorez! Bam! Looks like new! I've done this three times!
The verbal quote process needs to be improved- My "quote" was $250 however in fact the cost to clean was $437- HUGE DIFFERENCE !! I did explain during the quote process I had animal urine etc- MARK The cleaning technicial was great- Very nice, personable and polite

Gabriel the service person who cleaned our carpet was great. He was Very friendly, yet professional, always looked me in the eyes and worked so hard he was sweating. He Did his sales job but without the pressure to buy. I think my carpet looks amazing. I am very happy with the results.

We had Derek for our services. He was professional: he explained what was going to happen, what made zerorez unique, and shared his knowledge about stains. In particular, he was honest about chili staining our light beige carpet. He felt confident the stains would lift, and they did! We appreciated his hard work and determination to help clean our rug.
