You were prompt in your response to my phone calls. The area rugs look good. I did notice an area in the large 9 x 7 braided rug where the stitching had ripped out. I'm quite sure it was not there when you took the rug. When the rug lies flat, you would not notice it, but as you are bending the rug to lay it out, the split can be seen. The delivery guy said you would look into repairing it so I would appreciate it. Otherwise, I am happy with the appearance of the rugs.
