We have had our carpet for 18 years. It has weathered many kids, dogs, high traffic. We still have one elderly pet, our 13 yr old lab , so new carpet will wait till her passing. In the mean time zeroez is the only company that can get this carpet looking new.
However it is the customer service from Dane that really made a difference this time. We are repeat customers.
It is 55 miles from your corporate office , St Lois Park to our home, Osceola WI . When we scheduled the cleaning we were told, as repeat customer , that there would be a 300.00 minimum charge due to distance. We are are dissatisfied with this change in policy, we have a neighbor that also uses your service, along with neighboring towns just across the river. Another neighbor heard how great my carpet was cleaned. But at a 300.000 minimum , how can new referrals get in on special rates.
I strongly feel that we should be waived from this 300.00 minimum, I truly think your company and technicians are far and beyond the best carpet cleaning service out there. As a home owner of 30 years I've seen my share of carpet cleaners.
Please consider our business , be open to discuss this minimum charge for 55 miles.
