He not only met that challenge but went above and beyond expectations. We now have an old rug that does not look old. I love that Zerorez doesn't use harmful chemicals to clean my carpet. My carpets look and smell clean. I also love how fast my carpet dried after the cleaning.

From our first call to inquire about the Zerorez service; to meeting Rene Ramirez, who presented a most compelling and informative overview of what Zerorez could do to recapture most of the almost like new look for our carpeting; to the person who called me to answer any questions and go over the 'what to expect' details, and then also emailed me a copy for the person who would be here that day (all important and nice touches) we thank you.
Nate arrived on Sunday and I am told he was amazing, both in work ethic and personality. OUR OFFICE LOOKS FABULOUS because of his attention to much needed detail!

The only recommendation I can possibly come up with... the 'Confirmation' information sheets related to residential cleaning, and payment required at time of service (we did not have time to get a check cut), etc. It was a bit confusing but was solved with a quick phone call to Zerorez.

Scheduling was easy. The tech who came out called send told me he was on his way. They were very friendly. They got all the musty smells out of the carpet. Dry time was fast.... within 24 hours we were putting our sectional back together. They put our sectional up on Styrofoam so the carpet could dry underneath. So happy with the cleaning. Yes we paid more than we are used to but it was worth every penny.
