The whole experience was easy and professional. I called the week before thanksgiving and was scheduled within a few days. I appreciated the time window and calling 1/2 hour before arrival. Omani(?) our technician was top notch - professional, friendly and did a great job getting out some stains (coffee and tea) that had been in the carpet for a while.

The customer service was absolutely phenomenal. From the first call I made to Zerorez all the way through our carpet cleaning, everyone was very polite and professional. Our carpets look great as well!

Stephanie did the cleaning of our carpet. She is a "Super girl". She worked hard and did a super job of cleaning our carpet. Our steps look like brand new carpet. We feel privileged to have her as your representative.

My carpet gets really dirty because I have dogs. Zerorez always does a great job! My very old carpeting looks and smells almost like new!

I'm always happy with the results, but this time Stephanie(?),the carpet cleaner, really did a fantastic job - BEST RESULTS EVER! Thank you, Stephanie!

Every technician we've had in our home from Zerorez has been exceptional. They are always knowledgable, very pleasant and truly eager to meet our needs. In addition, the Zerorez process has always yielded excellent results and our carpets look wonderful.
