Great customer service! I sent a request for cleaning online Friday evening and had a call Saturday morning. I received a call with my cleaning window and when they were running late, they called me as soon as they knew they were running late.
The 15 year carpet also looks amazing.

Zerorez does a very good job of taking care of their customers. They were able to schedule a cleaning on short notice with the holiday season coming up. The tech that did the job was very personable and professional and did a great job with our carpets.

I liked the whole process. I emailed Zerorez to have someone call me. I got a call 1 day later. I scheduled a cleaning appointment in a timely fashion, and got it done. I didn't think that my carpet had a chance. It is 10 years old and REALLY bad. We had a traffic area that I didn't think had any hope. BUT, it looks great. I had told my husband that if this didn't work, we were going to pull up the carpet and get hard wood flooring. I really wanted new flooring, but he wins. The carpet looks great. Thank you so much to Tray, who cleaned the carpet. He did an excellent job and he was so nice and friendly.
