Your representative was very professional, went over things before he started, was concerned about not disturbing anything in the house by putting up guards for the corners etc. and was very straightforward. It was a positive experience.

GREAT results on an aging carpet, professional & personal technician and reasonable prices! I'm amazed at how clean my carpets got. James Morris did an outstanding job. He treated my home the way I imagine that he's like service people in his home to treat him.
