Less residue. I have a pet and Zeroez does great job of cleaning oils from her coat out of the carpet.
The tech was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and detailed explaining the process. The carpet cleaning went very quickly and turned out nice. The only item was I was hoping the carpet would have a cleaner smell which is very faint but wish it were a little stronger. But overall great experience.

I had not had my carpeting cleaned for many years and I have three animals and zero did a fantastic job Mike specifically was great. He explained everything so well I always have a lot of questions and my carpeting afterwards I could not believe the difference how much better it looked and it was just great to have it done and I'll be using Zerorez again

We like the clean carpets and grout, but are disappointed with the fact the workers are instructed not to move any furniture or any thing, not even lightweight objects, to help clean more thoroughly.
