Employee doing carpet was professional in caring for my concerns, Very affable and was a pleasure having him in my home.
The person who came and did the cleaning did a good job. He was unable to completely remove the coffee stains. I would say he got 95% of it. Those stains have been there a very long time. It does look a lot better. I think we got a good cleaning for the price.

The tech that came to our house was knowledgable, courteous, and did an amazing job on our carpet! I can't believe he was able to get the cat urine odor out! Would definitely recommend to others and will hire you again when we need carpets cleaned!
The guy did exactly as I asked/expected and did a great job as well. It usually takes a few days to dry and when I came back, it was awesome. I want this guy next time.
