Ernesto was very friendly and kept me informed. He arrived on time and was efficient and respectful of my home. For the most part, the carpet looked great after the cleaning!! However, while wet, the carpet really looked great, but when dry, there were still a few areas of stains that didn't come out (more than the 2 he had pointed out to me).
I like that it is all chemical free cleaning. The service of the personal is professional and polite.

Mike was fine. However I didn’t like being surprised by the cost of the bio treatment. It amounted to the same as the sale price of cleaning the rugs. That’s crazy. Mike worked with his manager to give me the best price. But because of all that, the rug pickup took longer than usual too. You need a loyalty program and a streamlined pickup system.
Appointment was easy to schedule. Technician was timely, polite and professional His name is Matthew.
