The products and services work quite well, but the people you have come out is iffy. We have gotten several guys who go above and beyond, and we have gotten 1 that was in a rush to get out of here as quick as possible and did a bad job (which you guys made right), and we just had a cleaning done yesterday, and the tech was nice, but not very friendly. When we pointed out a few spots that could have used touching up yet, he just shrugged and said there wasn't much else he could do, took payment and left. The guys we have had before said, oh, i'm sorry, and hit the spot a few more times and got it perfect.
