It was easy to schedule; the person on the phone gave us an accurate estimate, explained the possibilities of what could be additional costs. He was very pleasant and made me feel that I was an important customer. The tech was on time, friendly, gave good explanations of what he would be or was doing. He gave us good follow-up directions of dry time expectations, etc. The carpets looks wonderful! We are very pleased.

very friendly employees, the technicians explained exactly what they would be doing and how long it would take. They did not push for any additions to what we had already wanted. I love the clean refreshing smell of my house once they were done. I did not realize just how dirty my carpets were. They did an excellent job. There was also an employee in training that assisted in the cleaning. He did an excellent job and was able to answer most of my questions. I truly enjoyed the upbeat, positive and friendly interaction with the employees.
