The Rep who came to our home was extremely knowledgeable of carpet, stains, kinds of carpet/rugs in the markets, etc. He wasn't afraid to get down on his hands and knees and assess/smell our stains to ensure he was giving us the best recommendations. While he provided us options of other services he recommended, he never pushed to a point we no longer felt he cared about what we needed and was just selling. He was great with our dog, who wasn't very nice to him at first. He was great with our kids and understood he was walking into a day of our life and didn't expect us to drop life just to get our carpets cleaned. He came early to our appointment, which was awesome! When we get our next service, we hope to get the same Rep again.

Not only did your technicians arrive on time, they arrived ahead of schedule, but not before contacting us first to determine if it was okay to be early. It was a very pleseant suprise. James Hill presented himself in a very professional manner, very polite and had sincere interest in our needs, and toured our home with a keen eye for potential trouble spots. He then set to work very efficiently. We needed our carpet cleaned in two rooms plus a hallway, and had moved out most of the furniture beforehand, leaving one couch, three chairs, and two tables because there was no other place to put them. Although we offered to help moving them as he cleaned, he managed to do that by himself, and replaced them exactly where they had been, protecting them from the damp carpet. He worked quickly but effectively, and in under an hour, our 30 year old carpet looked very close to brand new. Over the years, we have had other companies here, and they did not even come close to the quality of cleaning that your products, equipment, and technical expertise did today. There was no offensive odor, or excessive moisture left in the carpet so we could begin moving our furnishings back in less than four hours. There also was no feeling like the carpet was stickey when you walked on it or brushed it with your hand, to me that means that maybe dirt will be less likely to stick as well so it may stay cleaner longer. Perhaps the best part was that the estimate given was the actual end cost with no hidden expense or added fees. Thank you for doing such excellent work.
