I first had my carpets cleaned by one of your employees and I was not happy with how it turned out. I thought at first that it was just how the carpet was, then I called ZEROREZ offices and talked to them. Within a few days, one of your employees were at my home to check the carpets. He said they would be out to take of redoing our carpets. They were out and it looks so much better than the first time it was done. I feel that ZEROREZ stands behind their work. Wants to give the best quality of service they can.
