Excellent customer service from first phone call to schedule to service man completing the job. He was so knowledgeable, efficient, took the time to explain all aspects of the service, very friendly and I would highly recommend. My carpet is 20 years old and I didn't expect miracles, but it looked great! Thank you again and please let the service person know this also (sorry, can't remember his name).

The two technicians were quite wonderful. The carpets look amazing. The last time I had Zerorez out, I admit, I was underwhelmed and honestly, a bit disappointed. These two were fantastic and made my carpets look new. They were professional, courteous and you could tell took pride in their work!
