Natural.. All service employees are very professional and knowledgeable. Today 1/19 Drrick came and worked on some tough stain/odor. He did a very good job of explaining what he could/would do. Very pleasant man. Incidentally, Imfailed to fill out a feedback form on another Zero Rez full service visit. It was 2nd Jan. Another young man who's name was Derrick as well. He did a great job and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He worked hard that day. I give. Both of them high scores.

This is the third or fourth time I've hired Zerorez to clean my carpets and area rugs. Every time everyone is professional, friendly and informative. The quality of work and product used was superior. When I find a great company I will continue to hire them and tell others about Zerorez.
