Tech from your company called ahead to advise that he was on the way. Introduced himself upon arrival. Did a walk thru before commencing cleaning and went over details of my estimate and any changes. His work and my goals were met. Drying time was excellent (I had fans that helped circulate air flow which helped).

The best part was our technician- he was lovely!!! Informative, enthusiastic and actually seemed to really like his job. His accommadating, friendly demeanor has made us regular customers. We are waiting to determine if our problem area is back to normal but, rest assured- our tech left us with helpful tips, and a comfortable feeling that Zerorez will help us through.
