We have used your services the last three years and all times your technicians were very knowledgable about the product and asked questions about the spots that were on carpet so he then knew what to apply to take care of them. The person I talked to on the phone told me that I would only be billed for 2 extra rooms not 3. I was a little suprised when I was charged for 3 rooms. You are highly recomennded by KQ's Tom and Teri. I was fine with the other charges.

The guy was nice, friendly & got the job done quickly.
I was told you were the best and our carpet was old and had a lot of bad stains but kept fingers crossed that all would look new but that is unrealistic to do but he got most out so was happy with that as some were pretty bad. Our service person, Kong, was very informative all the way and explained things thoroughly. Very polite and knowledgeable.
