Customer service was top notch. Did a good job on our carpets and even helped me clean up toilet paper from trees because my daughter had been teepeed night before. Also- appreciated the honestlyand expertise on which carpet needed to be cleaned and which areas seemed fine.

Always friendly service and you are are always able to get out stubborn pet stains! And coffee stains! I try to do them myself, with your spot remover, but some will only come out with a service call.

I like the fact that the carpet is cleaned without chemicals.

The experience I had on Saturday was excellent. The cleaners arrived on schedule, were friendly, worked hard and quickly and my very old carpet looks better than I thought it ever could.
