The young man who came out to for the service was so kind! He went over the different options for my carpet, he explained what/why he was doing, told me he would be happy to go over any areas that I wasn't happy with for a second time. He wasn't in any hurry, he just really seemed to be working hard to get my filthy carpets clean and to please me as a customer.
