Dave, my service technician provided exceptional customer service and did a phenomenal job of cleaning my entire downstairs. Your willingness to sent out your agent to see if wear spaces in the carpeting could be made cleaner. He tried, but fibers are worn and cannot be made to look any better. Thanks for trying.
