Zerorez, made up for the first time no being done correctly. The person who came out the second time around was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. He was very nice to our son who was asking a million questions himself. Our carpets smell great and feel clean and soft like i was told and heard from everyone. Very happy this second time around just wish we wouldn't have had to have gone through it 2 time for it to be right. new procedures to follow should we ever experience a wine spill on the carpet.
Fortunately, this has never happened, but it is helpful information should the

I recently bought a house. I was amazed at how after your service, the carpet came back to life. It looks wonderful. The cleaning of the tile and grout was a miracle. Who knew the grout was so light beige. The service person was very knowledgeable and arrived on time. He was efficient and did a terrific job. I can't say enough good things about this company. I definitely will call again.
