The employee was friendly and careful to put booties on his feet and clean up the area when he was done. The carpet looks really good after being cleaned. I am disappointed that some of the stains are still on my couch cushions. I thought they would be able to take care of that.

Our lead technician Dan was very professional and very knowledgeable. He gave us all of our options for specific things we needed done with our carpet. We love that Zerorez doesn't use soap that leaves the carpet dirtier!

Our carpet was soft and clean again ! Loved it
Zerorez did wonders for our carpet. Although it was only 2 years old, it encountered a lot of pet stains from both of our dogs. It was like night and day. We could immediately see, smell and feel the difference in our house. It is worth every penny. Also to mention that our technician was FANTASTIC! Not only was he knowledgable, but sooooo nice.
