Our technician Kong Lee was wonderful; professional and friendly. He explained everything and when we were talking through pre-treatments and post-treatments, I did not feel pushed or forced to make a decision I was not comfortable with. He greeted me with a smile and left me feeling so pleased with his service in my home, I will personally recommend him. I will be using this company and hopefully Kong Lee again in the future!
