no residue, the citrus leaves the carpets smelling fresh, easy to schedule, careful with equipment in the house. This most recent visit, I got an explanation of how the solution works that was very interesting. Plus a very thorough cleaning of pet accident (urine and feces) with explanations at every step and advice for how to handle in future. Very helpful.
