Carpet got clean and the guys that came to do it were very good.

They were able to accommodate my request to fit me in on short notice. Technican called before and arrived exactly on time. The cleaning process was efficient and 20+ year old carpets look and feel so much better. Technician was extremely attentive to trouble spots. The entire experience was a 10.
