No odor during process or after application, safe for humans and pets, even the protective stain repellent. Safe for the environment and they do an excellent job of cleaning the carpet.
From the start, it was pleasant service. The citrus scent started it smelling fresh almost right away. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and did an excellent job!!!!!
