They arrived when they said they would. They performed the service that was expected. The person cleaning our carpets made sure we understood what was going to happen and then followed up with, do you have any questions. The carpet looks great.

Employees are great. Very nice. Carpet feels nice afterwards. I had urine treatment done and days later I can smell it so I'm looking for other options that may work better with pet urine. It's great for regular carpet cleaning though.

The technician that came out to clean my carpets did an outstanding job! From being just lovely to conversate with to leaving my carpets cleaner then they ever have been! He also completed the job in a timely manner and was so knowledgeable on all the products. I look forward to getting my carpets cleaned next time!
