The service technician truly did a fantastic, thorough job. He was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He made sure to get a pretty nasty cat stain out of the carpet!

The quickness and thoroughness, but you ought to advise potential customers of the extra charges to dispose of the dirty water. Also, the highly encouragement of the sealant should be explained for the added charges. Customers get turned off by all your extra charges not advertised in the media. Our bill was more than doubled from the expected advertising!
