I've had Zerorez clean my carpet every year (4 of 4) since I moved to a townhome. All the technicians were courteous and professional and took pride in their work, and I was always pleased with the good cleaning job that they did. Their carpet-cleaning products must be good, because they always left my carpet sparkly clean with no overpowering "soapy" smell. I think Zerorez has real staying power in the carpet-cleaning market because they offer superior people, products, and services.

The service persons were really friendly and explained what they were doing. I know that they need to upsell other services, which is annoying but not their issue. We went with Zerorez because they had the service and we didnt have to do with other things. The service techs were not pushy which would have turned us off on considering doing business with them in the future
