Good instructions, both verbal and via e-mail. Individual who cleaned our rug and couch was knowledgeable about options, prices, everything. It was apparent that he was experienced. He was personable, friendly, polite, asked for my input and feedback. I will recommend you to others and use you again in the future. He arrived within the 3 hour time frame that was given to me.

My one suggestion has to do with the fact that I had planned to have the dining room rug cleaned. I set this up with the individual I talked with to set up the appointment. When your employee came, he explained that cleaning an area rug on a hardwood floor could damage the hardwood floor. You had not asked about that when I set up the appointment. So I did not get the dining room rug cleaned. I will take it someplace for that service.

First of all your service rep (Dave) was extremely good. He started out by explaining to my husband and myself what and how what he was going to clean our carpet, and how it is done.......Dave asked us several times if we had any questions or concerns. He answered all our concerns So, we just let him go ahead and do what he had to do. He truly very courteous he has and he has very good work ethic. After it got dark (outside) we looked at are carpet and BINGO......Our carpet was CLEAN (even the stairs looked great) this AM we started putting things back together in the house. The carpet looks great and we are truly more than satisfied with ZEROREZ service --- carpet cleaning and I truly would recommend Zerorez to our friends and family.........In closing I will probably wait a few more years and MAKE A DATE WITH ZEROREZ TO CLEAN OUR CARPETS AGAIN. We truly had a GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH ZEROREZ.
