Old carpeting but looked almost new.
Extremely satisfied with the quality service of your technicians. However, it is vital that they change the ability to provide a receipt on the spot. Your accountants need to know what property addresses were serviced. When we called to get a receipt, they were not even aware that they serviced the property. When we did receive the receipt, the service address was still incorrect. Correct address: 4320 280th St W, Castle Rock, MN. The mailing address was correct. However, the accountant had things all goofed up on the phone.
My first experience with Zerorez was very positive! The worker was so concerned about doing a great job, and he did!! I will definitely choose Zerorez the next time we need a thorough carpet shampooing!
