Your willingness to sent out your agent to see if wear spaces in the carpeting could be made cleaner. He tried, but fibers are worn and cannot be made to look any better. Thanks for trying.

AMAZING!!! It was cold and rainy that day and I really thought about cancelling. He made sure before he left it was almost dry. Very pleased! Fabulous job!!!

Whoever you send out, is always very informative about the products and the services. One of the things that I am impressed with, there always very honest about what can be done. We went ahead and made an appointment to have our air ducts cleaned.
