Your service tec was great! We walked through the house and he shared what he was going to be doing an the length of time. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the ZEROREZ product. We have used ZEROREZ before but made the mistake when we used another group, never again! We'll always use ZEROREZ thanks to service tech like yours, Chanel was great and the next time we have ZEROREZ come to clean we would like Chanel to come back.
