They completed the job in a timely manner and were open and honest about the fee. They also were great in giving instructions on how to treat the carpet while it dried.

The REPRESENTAIVE WAS VERY professional and knowledgeable. there was no lingering odors, and the carpet dried quickly. the process went very smooth. Everything looks fresh and great!
Very thorough cleaning of both carpets and ductwork. Enjoyed the 10% discount as well. Probably better to schedule the duct cleaning first, due to dust from the vents.

The service was top notch...your team member did an excellent job in our basement and worked hard to make sure that all of the stains that were present that could be taken care of...were gone!! He was very conscientious and did a thorough job!!

Everything! Both technicians (Ross Barnett for carpet cleaning and Greg Mueller for duct cleaning) were prompt, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I also felt that the prices were reasonable, and I am very happy with the results.
the zerorez cleaner did an excellent job cleaning our 2 sofas. I would highly recommend.
