Last year I asked Zerorez to help out with a house full of carpets stained by my renter's dog pee. I ended up NOT asking Zerorez to clean them. I was not able to give a feedback then since they did not do the job so here is the feedback from last time.
The guys spent probably a half hour on hands in knees with noses an inch away from smelly carpets in order to assess the extent of the damage. They helped me identify that the pee was virtually everywhere in the house. This was a really gross job! They estimated that it would cost over $4000 to fix with your special solution. Because of the high estimate I decided to instead replace the carpets. The crew was professional and polite and did not charge me anything for their time on that visit.
As a landlord with a few properties, Zerorez is exactly what I need from a service provider. I only recommend Zerorez now to my tenants when they need to do the carpets before moving out.

friendly, explained everything. the only problem i have is i paid extra to have some dog stains removed and in just a few days the stains are back.
