He vacuumed up some dirt on my foyer floor that had come off his shoes. He didn't know I was watching him. He could easily have left it there but he took the time to clean up after himself.
Other than clean carpets, I couldn't tell anyone had been in my house. I've had other companies who left a huge mess and wouldn't move any furniture, they simply cleaned around the couch and loveseat.

I like that the rep calls ahead to let you know they are on their way. I like the professionalism of the rep, he was very informative about what he was doing to address my cleaning issues. He was able to remove a stain from my carpet that has been there for years. He went the extra mile to make sure I had clean fresh carpets when he was done. I like that I'm able get get the cleaning powder from the company, free of charge, so I can use it in my carpet scrubber between visits from Zerorez. I've had Zerorez out three times now and have been very satisfied. I've recommended Zerorez to my friends and family and know of a couple of them to have used Zerorez and have been happy too.
