The second person that came out was more thorough and most of the grot cleans up but I still have one strip is not clean-but an improvement.

The technician was very concerned about making sure there would be no damage to our furniture or lamps prior to starting his work. He was very clear in explaining the contract to us. He had a very outgoing personality and was easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend Zerorez and would use Zerorez again ourselves!
