I was upset that my initial appointment was cancelled, understanding it was due to an urgent situation on the technicians side, however it still put me in a tough spot. Being that I had taken off work to be home and by the time I received the call I had to take valuable PTO time to cover the missed time at work.

With that said, my appointment was rescheduled quickly at the convenience of my schedule.

We like that no chemicals are used. Also, the techs did a great job getting out stains that I didn't think possible. They were very friendly and informative, and we will continue to use Zerorez and recommend you whenever asked.

Have a rental house the tenant trashed and let pets destroy. We thought the carpeting was destroyed, but was super pleased with the results. The technician was very thorough, and talked through every issue. He enjoyed his work which made us feel more confident in the end product.

Loved our technician. He was amazing and very honest with us. I asked him a number of questions and he was upfront on what he would recommend and be worth the money and what we should not do if we were planning on replacing the carpet. WONDERFUL!! Dave the tech that came out was the best ever! This is the first time we ever had our ducts cleaned. Being we have an old house (1937) it was a challenge to get the wands into a few ducts, but Dave always found a way. He is amazing. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone I know because it was an excellent cleaning job, and the house was not torn up or damaged. It was stunning to see how much dirt was in the ducts.You can have complete confidence in Dave and Zerorez. No more dust here anymore. Thank you Zerorez.
