The technician, Kevin, was terrific, both in the carpet cleaning results and personality. We are both in marketing and he is a wonderful up seller without being obvious. We’re now scheduled to have air duct cleaning. He is a fine representative for your company

My house wasn't filled with a chemical smell and my carpets smell great!

The technician (Alex) who came out was easy to talk to and seemed very knowledgeable about the products.

Alex is the gentleman from Zerorez that did my carpets. Very informative on what he was going to do before cleaning my carpets. He did a very good job and would want him back the next time my carpets need cleaning.
