It was very quick to get scheduled, the price was great and the service was fabulous - Joe was amazing. The only complaint I have was that the carpet was kind of crunchy after it dried. I assume it will go away with vacuuming, but I would have appreciated a heads up.

Matt did a fabulous job on my old carpet using the machine from the truck. A year ago I had the portable unit as I am on the third floor and the cleaning didn't seem as thorough. I like that there is no cleaning spell left behind.

We have had Zerorez several times before and have been satisfied with the service. But this last time the service was excellent. The technicians did an awesome job on our 20'year old carpet. The carpet has never looked so good. I only wish we would have gotten the fiber protection. I will use your service again and will gladly tell my friends and co workers of my satisfaction.

Our Zerorez tech Halen (sp?) was fantastic! She explained my options, how she was going to do the work and did a great job. She also helped me schedule some additional services that I needed.

I was very impressed by your company's cleaning process, I saw firsthand how well it worked, I was there. We just bought our family's first home and we needed someone to come in and deodorize and safely clean our carpets, as we have two small children. I couldn't be more happy with the results, I saw how much dirt came out and how clean and sanitized they are! I feel safe to let my kids be kids and roll around on the carpet. Plus they look great!! I highly recommend zerorez!
