Congrats on nailing it with this company concept that for me personally relates back to my 30 years in retail.It is all about customer service showing the prospect why to use ZEROREZ verses Empire or Servicemaster etc.then executing that committment.

I like it because the cleaning lasts longer and the last tech that was out was really polite and accomadating. to put the plastic and foam under the chairs . The last one I had complained about it and that I had to many chairs. This one was happy that I had moved all the small stuff out and he did not have to move the big stuff. He was very polite. The two reps who cleaned our carpets were knowledgeable, friendly and cooperative. They, Nathan and Nate, knew what to do to satisfy our needs. They represent the firm very well and we would highly recommend them and the firm to others.

I like the fact that the gentleman didn't try to add on and charge me for unnecessary items. I inquired about the protectant which was a nice add on given how much longer we were going to be living in this particular house.
