I wasn't able to be home during cleaning but Dominic made sure I was kept posted on the progress and anything that came up while he was cleaning. The only thing I disliked is that you are out of your travel area requiring at $300+ minimum. I think if 2 or 3 sign up like required you should give the 3 room special.
The stain remover smells really good but I'm super-impressed with the service Aaron gave.

The technitian (Brian) was stellar. I have never used Zerorez before today and I'm very impressed. I have 4 boys and a big dog and I thought we had ruined our carpet. After Brian was done it looked like new! My husband is very sensitive to heavy chemical smell and he found the odor to be citrus-y and pleasant. Amazing!
