Your cleaning procedure is very effective. Our older carpet is looking better after each cleaning. Your employees are very professional and very good at what they do. They explain what they are doing and what we need to do after the cleaning.

Employees were polite and knowledgeable. They gave me options - no high pressure sales tactics. The only drawback was the length of time that the couches took to dry - 24 hours and where the arm rests overlap was still damp. The carpet and couches look like new and smell great - new puppy urine smell completely gone!
