My husband and I recently purchased our first home. We were ecstatic to move our family in and begin to make it our own. After a day or two the smell of perfumes and chemicals began to wear off, exposing the smell of dog and urine that was infused into the carpets that covered nearly all 2800 square feet. Being our 4 year old has major allergies and I myself am allergic to dogs, it was unbearable. After talking with our realtor and having Zerorez come out to inspect, the two of them worked together and deep cleaned our floors at no cost to us! Everyone from Zerorez that we worked with was kind, experienced and professional. The guy who came out to inspect the carpets before cleaning them crawled around sniffing our floors to pin point exactly where it was bad and where it was worse. I'm telling you, my nose is more than five feet off of the ground, I wasn't getting any closer to those carpets! It was bad. They cleaned our floors and they looked fabulous. Although the smells did not go away, they weren't nearly as bad and the allergens were completely removed. After a few weeks my husband and I decided to just rip out the carpets and put down some sort of hard flooring. We had Zerorez back out and again, they were amazing. We actually had a few other companies out to compare items, prices and companies. Zerorez was by far the best in all three. We would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future if need be.

Price was reasonable. I didn't like that my carpet was wet four days later, or that it felt grimy after it dried, but the technician was awesome!

Appreciate their 30 day guarantee because we had a couple of spots that needed more treatment and they came right back out and took care of it.
