The service technician did a wonderful job. Took time to show me how the air duct cleaning process worked. When he was all finished, he showed me before and after. We will definitely be using them again!

The products used were not harsh, yet they thoroughly cleaned our carpet and very light beige colored couches which a lot of soiling from our young kids eating/spilling on them and us trying to get the stains out with an over the counter spot treatment that then left rings all over ... now, they look like new again! No bad stench, no crunchy feel, just clean. Secondly, I can’t say enough good things about the technician that was out (Heilen) - she was so polite, friendly, knowledgeable and worked hard! Highly recommend.
