Best carpet cleaning of all of the providers I've tried over 30 years. The technicians are smart, courteous and efficient; they are unusually dedicated to customer satisfaction and knowledgeable regarding tough stains. Work is done within the scheduled hours, with a 3-hour window; schedulers do final notification the day before and techs call well before arriving. I actually look forward to having cleaning done, because it's so dependable and the results are so good.
We're very happy with the results of our ZEROREZ floor cleaning... especially since we're in the process of trying to sell our home. We easily saved ourselves from having to replace the carpets. The house smells better and the carpets look almost brand new.
