The results were better than any other cleaning company we have ever used. Brian, who provided our service, did an excellent job, especially on our carpeted stairs. That carpet is at least 23 years old. It now looks amazing. The bedroom carpet, also 23 years old, looks like new. Brian even gave my husband and me a pair of booties to wear while the carpets were drying. Nice touch!

The technician (Jaime) was such a pleasant guy who explained everything to me and didn't rush through the job (like other company's technicians have done in the past - spots have returned and the carpeting just didn't look clean - they've never been asked to do the job again!). He walked me around and showed me all the areas he had cleaned. I was very pleased with the whole process (this was my 2nd time with Zerorez) and I will call you the next time I need my carpets cleaned! I have also told my friends what a great job you did!
