I have had my carpets cleaned 3 times over the years by Zerorez and I was very satisfied with
the product and the employees who came into my home and worked very hard at what they do. And now I had my ducts cleaned yesterday and I again am very satisfied with both the work done and Jeff who was so helpful and answered all my questions. In fact, he even cleaned my dryer vent for me yesterday. I am a Zerorez customer!! Don't change your employees or your product - both are the best!!

What ever you use - I like it. It doesn't seem like there's soap left in the carpet.
