Pluses:
Wonderful job on a very dirty carpet. I was impressed that it came as clean as it did.
Technician was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. Very informative and explained the process, possible issues and probably outcome very well.
Minus:
The original booking process was a discouraging, which I assume was because of "unusually high volume." I had issues getting through by phone and left a message. Although the recording said I wouldn't lose my place in line, it took all day to get a callback. I had already booked online by that time. After playing phone tag, I received a number of calls back. The people on the phone, however, were pleasant and eager to help.

I loved Shawn. He did a great cleaning. He showed me the difference between clean and my dirty carpet. He was very pleasant.

A tad disappointed that the cheapest price is your 3 room zerorez-ified option but I only had two rooms with carpet. Was charged extra for the two closets that don’t come close to the size of a 3rd room.

The technician was on time, did a professional job and didn't try to over-sell me. This was my second time using Zerorez so I feel that I knew what to request. I still learned something new; that you sell carpet. I love that! When it's time, I'm calling Zerorez for new carpet.
