Service tech did an amazing job. She explained the whole process. She was very professional, courteous. When she was done she asked to look it over and asked if I had any questions and how the carpet looked. Service exceeded my expectations and this is the only company I will be usin from now on. My carpet looked new and all the stains from kids were removed.

Rick and Landry did an excellent job of cleaning carpet that was soiled by a naughty kitty! It turned into a bigger job than we knew, and they worked hard and late with great attitudes and humor throughout!
accommodating! starting with time they will be coming, informed me 2 days ahead of time. Then called within 1/2 hour of arrival. accessed the areas and gave estimated time for work to be completed.
Asking if everything looked ok. asked several times if anything needed more attention on the cleaned areas. Went over area of transition from the carpet to the tile floor that catches noticeable dirt to get the best cleaning possible as I requested.

Derek is what i like. The service guys i have never met, but they do a good job. and the once they didn't, they came right back. But derek is all over getting in here when i ask and has jumped through hoops at times. Derek is great. i have already recommended you guys to multiple people.
