He took great care to do an excellent job of explaining the cleaning process and what to expect, and then out performed my expectations! I've had these carpets cleaned several times before (once or twice by Zerorez) and they've never looked this good. Thank you Dan!! You did a great job!!

The employee who actually did the cleaning was wonderful: courteous, thorough and friendly. Thanks to him, you get an excellent rating. But the dispatchers neglected to give all the details of the job to the first cleaner, who did not have the necessary equipment. The job was delayed 3 hours while another employee brought the correct equipment. I had explained everything to the dipatcher, who evidently did not put it in the notes.
Your service technicians seem very well informed and are willing to take all the time needed to answer our questions. They seem honest and truly concerned about us.
Zerorez is definitely the best of the cleaning services I've used over the years. Their carpet-cleaning method brings amazing results, with no chemicals--just a fresh ,clean smell. My whole house feels better once they've been here. The technicians are always very polite and professional and accommodating, and while they DO try to up-sell, it's never felt high pressure or sleazy. Their sales methods are quite impressive--they're obviously very well trained in that. Will continue to use them!
It was easy to schedule an appointment by phone. One of your people called a few days before our service date to give us a time window. Then the day of the appointment, the service man called when he was about 15 minutes away from our house.
Scott was prompt and courteous. He was thorough in explaining the pre-cleaning of stubborn stains and everything else that would be involved in our job. He gave me the price of the service before he began cleaning. He worked two hours straight. When he was finished, he asked me to walk around and inspect his job. He is a very good representative of your company.
