Scheduling the appointment was handled in a courteous, friendly, professional manner. We were contacted before the appointment to set a time frame for the date of cleaning and we were notified twenty minutes before the service person's arrival. Neil was terrific! He walked through our home to review and explain the work he would be doing. He cleaned our carpets with care and attention to detail. His work was efficient and thorough. Neil represents your company well! We will be contacting you for our future cleaning needs.

My technician was Dan Relyea, he was very considerate, calling with time of arrival & and arriving promptly at time quoted. He was very respectful and thorough explaining the cleaning process, products he would use, & expected results. He also discussed other cleaning services zeroes provided and cleaning products available. Dan was very knowledgable and easy to talk with, very open to questions. My experience with zerorez was excellent. I will use them as necessary and recommend them highly. First name removed G
