Tech explains everything after doing an inspection of the areas to be cleaned. Protection is put up on corners, walls, doorways to protect my home from the hose being pulled across them. After the cleaning is completed and any after cleaning protection applied, the tech walked me through to discuss what he had done and what areas previously had stains that were treated and are now gone. And everything is clean and the carpet is like new-all fluffy and soft. We turn on all of our ceiling fans and the humidity is great for the next 2-3 days after the carpet is dry (we always have the cleaning done in winter).
