He was professional and efficient and handled the billing perfectly. The initial cleaning was easy to set up online, and the follow-up leading up to the cleaning day and day of was very good so you knew what was going on. Just wish we could have locked in whether it was going to be AM or PM the day before. All my interactions with the carpet cleaner and Customer Service Staff was excellent!
