The service person did a very good job cleaning our carpet. He was pleasant and professional and easy to talk to. We will definitely be having Zerorez come back and clean more of our house.

The staff was courteous, prompt and efficient. He called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. The work was completed quickly (1 hr for 2 carpeted bedrooms, 1 flight of stairs and three ceramic grout surfaces). Everything was cleaned well.
One thing I was surprised about, however, was that I had thought I had asked for pet spot cleaning online but that was not included in the estimate. So I was a bit surprised to find it would cost another $75 per room. I also was surprised that I was charged extra for the small hallway at the top of the stairs.
