Service appointment was quick. Service was top notch and was well prepared with extra long hoses. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and on time. Carpets look great for 30 year carpet!

The cleaning process was quick and all stains were removed. I wish they used a different scent with there solution. We didn’t like the citrus smell. I have used them before and will again in the future.

I have to say I was very hesitant to make an appt with Zerorez just cause the prices have always seemed high. Anyway, fast forward to the day of our appt. Sorry I don't remember the technician's name but he was very professional, friendly, kind and took the time to explain everything to the hubby. He did a great job with our carpets and cant wait to book our next appt.
